A short story... Founded in May 2009 our mission was to bring great pancakes to the British public at outdoor events. After many valiant attempts it became clear that tossing pancakes in the wind and rain was just not going to work. Throwing away our frying pans we turned to a griddle to make wonderful crêpes in the great outdoors. We also figured that wherever there is a crêpe there should be a good cup of coffee - Spoon was born and our story continues. |
